President
The President is tasked with providing strong leadership for the company by working with the board and other executives to establish short and long-term goals, budgets, plans, and strategies. This position is responsible for the overall success of the company. The President is responsible for presiding over the entire workforce and will manage budgets and make sure resources are allocated properly. Additional responsibilities will include working with team members to ensure our services meet and exceed our clients' expectations. The company is currently majority held by a PE firm with aggressive growth plans for the next 5 years. They are looking for the right fit to help facilitate that. Supervisory

Oversees the organizations' financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company. Serves as the company's representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, the government, and the public. Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization. Experience; Required:
Minimum 10 years' experience in supervisory role(s) Bachelor's Experience; Preferred:
Master's Additional training (LEAN, etc.)
Salary Range:
$250K -- $275K
% equity and % bonus

Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
