Certified Medical Assistant

We are looking to hire a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. Located in the beautiful mountains of Hiawassee, GA, Synergy Health seeks to foster and promote the health and wellness of our community. Clinical team members assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician and/or physician's assistants, including preparing patients to be seen by the providers, and perform specific procedures with appropriate orientation and supervision:
oAssists with patient phone calls, prescription refills, referrals, and prior authorizations. oInterviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height) and records information in patients' charts. oMay be required to collect blood samples, tissue or other laboratory specimens and prepare them for testing. oExplains treatment procedures, medications, diets, and provider's instructions to patients. oPrepares treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean. oFamiliar with standard concepts, practices and procedures related to the practice. oFollows standard procedures and/or written instructions to perform job duties. oDemonstrates teamwork to ensure achievement of team, individual, and corporate goals. Provides support to team members and performs other duties are required. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
MedicineEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
